This year’s fellowship is organized in partnership with over 15 national and international organisations, taking place in Buea from 3rd to 29th of July, 2017 and to Yaoundé.
The GAICAM Annual Leadership and Entrepreneurial Fellowship is one of the projects of GAICAM that was designed to invest in next generation of Cameroonian leaders, and potential entrepreneurs who will serve as pavements to the emergence of Cameroon and the continent of Africa at large. This initiative since its creation is expected to continue creating and maintaining new businesses, promote economic growth and enhance good governance in our society. 

THE OBJECTIVE OF 2017 FELLOWSHIP: (I) To train young and vibrant Cameroonians and ultimately other nationalities with sustainable leadership and entrepreneurial skills, helping to establish startup businesses so they can serve as pavements to the emergence of Cameroon, and Africa at large. (II) Inspire, motivate and empower fellows with the necessary skills to enable them be more creative, proactive, flexible, productive, industrious and resourceful to the nation and the continent at large; while promoting and sustaining growth and enhancing peace in our communities. (III) Empower fellows enough to cause them conceive sustainable projects/business ideas; develop and test the ideas viability; debate and defend their projects/business ideas; and finally be register to the GAICAM Business-HOB. This will enable GAICAM source for investors on their behalf so they can establish their projects. (IV) Provide a suitable platform for fellows to gainfully improve on their communication skills, creativity, and positive personality traits, as a result of our weekly defense, enabling them become successful leaders and public speakers, as well as empower them on how to sell their vision, etc.

Participants would be drawn from diverse backgrounds: South West, North West, Littoral, and Centre Region, as well as other parts of Cameroon. To increase your chances of participation

Eligibility: Applicants must be resident in Cameroon; Willing and able to commit to the fellowship training; Is at least 20 years and at most 35 years old; and should possess the ability to work collectively and cooperatively with others of diverse opinions without affecting team work.
How to apply: The interested applicants will purchase, fill and submit the six page sealed application form on or before 15th June, 2017 to our head office at Mile 17 Buea, or through our partner’s offices in Littoral, Bamenda and Yaoundé. If selected after the application treatment process, the various applicants retained will be informed by text, or through our Facebook page and our website.
Fellowship trainers: The fellows will be opportune to be trained by seasoned and experience personalities of both national and international levels, and who are shaping the continent of Africa.
